All transactions shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement for Sale to be executed between the Builder and the Purchaser. Purchasers are advised to rely solely on the final, executed agreement for any binding commitments.

Statutory charges, taxes, levies, registration fees, stamp duty, deposits for utilities, and other incidental expenses shall be borne exclusively by the Purchaser. The Builder shall not be held responsible for delays in approvals, connections, or services from statutory or governmental authorities.

All specifications, designs, floor plans, measurements, amenities, and materials are subject to modification, substitution, or withdrawal without prior notice, at the discretion of the Builder. Variations in construction due to site conditions or statutory compliance shall not be construed as deviations.

Membership in the Owners’ Association is mandatory, and all maintenance charges, deposits, or expenses as decided by the Association shall be payable by the respective Owners.

The built-up area indicated includes a proportionate share of common areas and wall thickness. Once an apartment is allotted and the Agreement is executed, the price shall be firm and binding.

All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from or related to the project shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Trivandrum.
